Meet Jim
Jim Czegledi is a life-long learner and has earned a doctoral degree. For 25 years he has been speaking professionally (before this he was speaking amaturely!). He is an ordained minister (what he calls his altar ego) where he served growing churches and as a National Staff Executive.
In this work he learned the value of seeing things from different perspectives and the difference a perspective can make. As well as working with all kinds of people in many different settings. He has experienced firsthand the positive power of perspective and has seen how it helps people work better with others and cope with stress.
In his talks and coaching he shows how positive people skills helps develop positive approaches to work and life, by opening minds to new perspectives and possibilities.
He lives in Toronto, Canada very near where he was born and raised. Those who said that he would not get very far in life were … right! His mission is to help people shift their perspectives by tapping into their power of people skills.
When he speaks he brings enthusiasm and insight to either small groups or large audiences. People say that his motivating, fun style is thought and laugh provoking, and that he combines wisdom with wit.
As a coach, he helps people discover different perspectives that help them manage or resolve issues and how developed people skills generates new possibilities and helps them manage problems for his clients.
But enough about Jim, let’s talk about you. What do you think (about him) and the benefits that the Power of Perspective can generate for you and your organization?
It would be great to hear from you about a coaching session or your next event.
Dr. Jim helps people and organizations see the different ways they can look at what is going on and what options are available to them.
